How many of you are using Linked-In to get leads?

What are your best practices?

    I go through the profile & add a person into my network.Then slowly & gradually start sending messages like my company's profile & tell him/she that you are doing this this activities, how can my company helps you to boost your business..
    Its all a game of communication & convincing.

    Since the addition of the "Report Spam" button on messages, one must be pretty careful how they engage.

    Just blatantly promoting yourself without engaging in a meaningful dialogue will be short lived.

    I have several thousand connex on LinkedIn, and have developed some incredible partnerships as a result.
