Looking for SEO Report Generator

I was on the forum last week and thought I ran across someone selling an SEO Report Generator script. I have searched several different ways, but cannot seem to find it. Was I just dreaming about this? I believe it was in the War Room, but I cannot find it there. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

Michael Travis

  • Take the time to develop your own template. Then, use that template for all clients.

I recently put an ad on Craigslist for an Inhouse SEO position. Over the past couple of weeks I have got hundreds of people emailing me about their "SEO consulting" business. The funny thing is, 90% of the emails are exactly the same - some even have the same mispelled words.

Do you think I would ever consider even ONE of those offers? Not in a million years. If some one isnt going to invest time in their own business to create a simple unique email, do you think they are going to invest any time into the businesses they get for consulting? NOPE!

Your job in getting clients is to stand out. If you have a potential client that is looking for a few different people for consulting and they all use the same template or software to generate an audit, you lose!

The key is just like PLR material is to put your spin on it. Most of the work has been done for you, just put it in your own words and add something few or noone else is doing.

Thanks for all the great input. The report that this script generated was simple and straight forward. It seemed to put everything in laymans terms.

    Vancover SEO,

I still have not found what I am looking for.

    Thanks,

    Michael

      Some others you can use:

      1) http://www.websitegrader.com. Free and does a decent job. You can then copy and past the results into a word doc. Edit the word doc to remove all references to hubpages, add your info, your logo, then turn it into a pdf. Send to client. Very professional and free.

      2) http://www.freeseoreport.com. First report is free, after that there is a small monthly charge. I've only used the free version and it looks pretty good. Geared more towards seo. Allows you to add your own logo for branding.

      3) http://www.woorank.com. Again very professional. I haven't used it but it looks terrific. Kind of expensive however.

      4) http://www.analysisgenerator.com. Pretty good, script installs on your own server. Has email integrated into it so you can automatically send it to prospect.

My problem with all of these however is that they are way too technical, and the actual practical advice the give is marginal (who really cares the age of the domain name?).

I've created reports using these, sent it to some people who didn't know SEO, and they didn't understand any of the reports. I might as well have sent them chinese. Thus the way to position it, is to send it to your prospect and then tell them you want to schedule a 15 minute follow up call to discuss the results. Then you can go over and explain what the report means.

If all goes well, your 15 min call will turn into 45 minutes, and you will have a new client :-)

    you could also use metafever.com
It's not bad for a free service, and as Charles Mentioned, you should customise the report for the client each time.

    Hope that helps

Your signature caught my eye and I was surprised to see that Google Places Software is one of the major keyword terms being searched for. That's my main keyword phrase for my product! LOL Awesome!

My site comes in second right below the forum for this phrase! = )
