Can you help reach a Baseball target market?

I'm trying to find the best way to reach customers in the baseball market in the continental US. Specifically, Little League, Travel, High School, College teams, players, coaches and Dads.
The product is a trademarked pitching screen. Better and safer than an L-Screen. I've built a few websites for it and get some business through good search engine placement for them, but I want to hit it hard while the season is strong.
I'm wondering about links, Facebook ads, a fan page, lists of baseball teams, etc. No spamming or anything like it as I'm trying to be reputable.
I'll risk posting the url of one of my sites so you can get a better idea of the product and promotional suggestions or help. Info is at:

Warriors are GREAT at marketing ideas and I'm hoping you can suggest the BEST ways to reach this target and/or point me in the right direction. Small budget but I'll spend what I can.
