Wordpress Theme for Offline Clients

Is there a general wordpress theme you use for your offline clients.
Which one do you commonly use that is free?

    There's nothing good that can be used commercially for free.

    That being said, commercially viable themes are very affordable. I license a new theme for every client.

    Remember, unless you purchased a resale license you need to buy a new copy of the theme for every client you use it for.

    If you are looking for a very professional theme with a lot of built-in functionality I would highly recommend Themeforest. I am not affiliated with them, but am very impressed with what you get for the price

    Personally it depends on the client. Outside of RE agents I generally never use the same template for a client. I usually have to modify it to match what they want.
