SEO Reseller?

Hello,
I'm looking to add some SEO packages for my consulting company. I dont know anything about it. But I have seen that there are some companies that are SEO Resellers and white label. Can anyone recommend any one of these companies or some one that I can outsourse SEO for cheap so I can make some money with SEO as well?

Well their are so many sites which provide SEO package, but its up to you which one you select. basically SEO service is depend upon the features you includes in your service and so on.

  Where exactly are this many links being placed?
  What are you using to place the links or how are you placing them?
  What is the site quality where the links are places?

but you can get more detail with SEO review or directories.
The best is the SEO company is certify as partner of Google.

  They offer SEO and PPC management and the cost to resellers is $449 per month per project. You are free to set your own prices.
  
  You will get 2 subdomains for your website, they will look like: hub.yoursite.com and team.yoursite.com.
  From the hub you can access all your SEO projects for your client/s and if your client/s want to know the progress they will set up a username and password in the hub for them. I haven't figured out yet what the team sub does

You dont need whitelabel seo reseller companies.

Honestly this is how it goes.

Go to any seo provider (WSO section, warrior for hire, where ever else)
Make an order with your customer keyword/url

They do the work, then they send you a report or something.

Your client site ranks higher, then your client calls you and tells you that they are getting more business.
