Demonstrating Time-decay on fresh leads?

Hi fellow Warriors,

I once saw a graphic from a reputable source which showed the declining closure rate on warm leads based on the businesses response time to the submission.

I'm in the middle of putting together a presentation and it would be very useful!

It basically showed that the closure rate drops off precipitously after 24 hours and is dramatically enhanced if reacted to within 30 minutes.

Any help in locating this data is much appreciated!

  what was very good was showing results by calling in 5 minutes and calling in 30 minutes!
