For those using the rent a site model -what template are you using?

Just finished exams here in Australia, so I really want to get some stuff happening !
Already have a few sites up, but need to work on their rankings a bit more first
The problem is, I am getting visitors to my dentist niche site, but not enough of them are actually calling yet. 1get about 5 per week, out of that I might get one who calls the number. I have a feeling content and design have a lot to do with it, but the content is not so bad. It is junta one page word press site, and the number of the business on there very clearly.
Anyone care to share what templates they are using, or how their site works and how to get the most out of it?
