Where is the best place to get someone to find you warm leads based on the specifications you have given them as well as full directions? Also, where can I get some good cold callers?

Leads in what niche are you looking at? I got some leads that needs to be distributed (stock market investment leads).

Of course odesk.com freelancer.com and elance.com are the best. I'd recommend odesk more though..

Find people on Craigslist, BestJobs etc. Rachel Rofe for memory had a course on this (low priced) which showed how to find leads - I believe she outsourced this to her VA.
