My offline business plan. What do you think?

I was doing a little brainstorming the other day and came up with this idea and wanted to put it out there for review and also get some advice on pricing.
My plan is geared towards realtors. I would get them to put qr codes on their flyers, lawn signs, business cards etc. I would build them a mobile site with the home page being their "Contact" "about me" page. The qr code for their business cards would link to that. For their individual listings I would create sub domains with that property's information and ideally a short video (that I would shoot) of the property. qr codes on lawn signs and flyers advertising that property would link to the appropriate sub domain. I would host the sites and I was thinking of structuring it like ww.realmedia.com/joerealtor/1554elm
So my question is is anyone doing this? What should the pricing be for

1. Mobile site setup (Upfront cost to client)
2. Video production (Upfront cost to client)
3. Hosting and maintenance (Monthly Fee)

In my mind I was thinking like $300 for setup and anywhere from $100 to $150 a month?!? But that was complete guess. The monthly would also include any new listings that they get. I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

Hello: We started out doing mobile sites for $750 about 2 years ago. Now with easy mobile website plugins for Wordpress, we've dropped that down to $350, especially because they're so simple. Your price of $300 sounds right to me, but I think the hosting should be sub $100 per month. By the way, the model is spot on. Make sure when you put the QR code on the flyers to also add a real url as well.

Great info! Now where can you learn about the QR Codes? I really dont know much about them or even how and where to get them?

Also $350-$450 for amobile site is perfect for 5 pages or less.

QR codes are those funky looking bar codes that you can scan with a web enabled phone to be taken directly to a website, call a phone number, save contact information, etc.

You can generate QR codes for free through some websites. I use QR-Code Generator often to generate some for my projects.

If you'll be shooting the video and then edit it than you could charge at least $300-$500 only for the video, $300-$400 for the mobile website and something like $150 for distributing the videos to multiple video sharing sites every month. You could also make them an nice discount if they act NOW.

From my point of view you could actually outsource everything and focus on selling your services This way you'll always have a flood of new clients and the recurring profits will raise from month to month.

If you need any help with the mobile websites just shoot me an email at bandeban at gmail dot com pr PM. I will be more than happy to help you get started.

You might want to study what theyare doing here, it's somewhat fringe
to what you're mentioning. Not sure if it will help, and no affiliation.

So, I just want to clarify, the realtor would pay around $350 total for the mobile website AND the video (plus a monthly hosting fee)?

Correct, a 1 time setup fee to get the ball rolling. Then the monthly fee, to keep it hosted and that would also allow them to add more listings. I figure the upfront fee would cover all the "heavy lifting" of getting the ball rolling. Thats why I was thinking of a higher value monthy fee cause I would do new videos qr codes new listing subdomain etc for any new listings they might have. Hope that clarifies things. The plan is still under construction.
