Lead Capture Business Model

Im looking to do start selling leads as a way to break into this offline marketing biz. So far, the methods i've used to try and attract new clients have not been so successful.
I know how to build website, how to do SEO, video marketing and many other Internet marketing strategies since i've been playing around with it for a while now.

What I'd like to see is an example of an effective lead capture page that has been used to successfully gather leads to sell to offline businesses. Anyone willing to share this? It could be one that was used in the past and you're no longer using. I will be using both SEO and PPC to get get the leads.

I'll be very grateful if someone is willing to show me. I just need to get a visual of how the page is presented to the leads to get them to sign up

Thanks.

It's just a regular landing page to be honest. Your main concerns would be getting data from the visitors. So do an email submit, like you would with any other l.p.

Add content, images, video, and arrow images to your clients pages which in the end will get the visitor to "convert".

Lets say for example I want to collect leads for a roofing contractor. So I direct someone actively searching for a roofing contractor to my page. What do I present them with to entice them to simply sign up on my site instead of them continuing to look for an actual contractor?

how about branding your landing page with the image / name of a local roofer in order to add credibility. Offer a call back service if user enters their name and tel no. When they submit, call them back, ask for more details about the job then contact the roofing company and tell them you have a lead. Then ask permission to use their name/logo on your landing page and if they say no, take your leads elsewhere.

You really need to have a phone number on the page as well. For lots of offline niches, if the person can't get a hold of you fast, they will buy from someone else.

    Randome,

Just do some searches on The Googz and for "YourCity AnyService". You'll have plenty of examples to check out. Here's one (attached) to get your gulliver going.

I have also been looking to move more towards lead generation instead of selling SEO services.

For landing pages based on the lead capture model i was thinking of branding it as a "quote compare page" where they enter their details or call a number and they will get a quote back for the job/service. I think this might help in answering your question on how to get them to enter their details. The number could be for emergency services say they are leads for a plumber etc.

I was going to ask about how you plan to structure you lead pricing but because i didnt want to hijack this thread i started another. Hope you or anyone else wouldnt mind chiming in.

I am well aware I could find lead capture pages from google, but what i'm asking for is for and example of an EFFECTIVE lead capture page. There's no way of telling that through google

Prices will vary depending on the industry and the the cost of acquisition of the leads. I plan on using some PPC too. I will be targeting industries where I can fetch at least $20 per lead
