Text2Win Rules
I have a couple questions for any Warriors who have done Text2Win campaigns for clients:
- What kind of results have you had? I would think this would be a very effective way to build a client's subscriber list but I haven't tried it yet, mainly because of my second question ...
- How do you handle contest rules (depending on where you are, I believe these contests are considered sweepstakes and require certain terms and conditions)? I'm not asking for legal advice, just wondering if you take responsibility or if the client does.
