    hi Swiftace,

If you just starting up, pick 1 or 2 services to offer first. then, when you are getting some client, go for other service. just my 2 cents.

      Hi there,

      Good question...
I offer one service, and its all I need to get plenty of work my way.....

      I bring in more customers!

Most businesses don't really care how you get them new customers, they just want the new customers.

You could tell them "I provide a service that gets 4,000,000,000 views/hits/searches/inquiries a day".

But what they want to hear is "I can turn those views/hits/searches into potential clients, I can get them in the door, you can close them".

Simple, effective and the way to go.

Of course you will have to explain to your first few clients a bit about the specifics of what you do, how you do it, and where its done. However, once you earn their trust and confidence, no more show and tell, just action. I no longer explain the process, I work on referrals only and have for a bit. Get your name out there and there will be no more explaining, only doing and cashing checks Good luck.

      RepATX:

can you elaborate on this service? Are you referring to using Google alerts to watch mentions of the client online? What do you then offer - is it to alert them to negative comments and then get them to manage a response?

Don't know much about this service as you can guess from the questions

My two cents: local businesses only are interested in making more money, they don't know what all the services you listed even mean. (That is our experience in our area.)
What I hear from them is "just tell me if you can get more customers in the door, I don't care how you do it". I would start with one thing (one service) that will bring them some immediate traffic with a coupon offer for example. I like to use a short video to get their google places bumped up to page one or get their web site (if they have one) listed on page one for an easy to rank local keyword like "roofer in anytown". We have had no problem getting on page one for local keywords especially when you use video with it. When they see you get their business on page one quickly, they are more likely to want you to do other work for them and trust your judgement. (We market in small communities of 100,000 or less that are near larger cities of 1,000,000 or more. The smaller towns have almost zero competition for local keywords. We can almost pick any business for any local keyword and get ranked (especially by including video) anytime we want to. We are new at this so perhaps we are having "beginners luck" , time will tell.

The longer the list of services you present to a prospect, the more confused
they tend to become. Set yourself up as a marketing strategist and listen to
    your prospects' needs.

It's more about what they want to accomplish, than what you want to offer.
