When I first read about this...I was completely dumbfounded...and intriqued. So this is how some of em invest a few thousand (probably mortgaged their house or properties to raise the cash) and instantly own a *reputable* company with *years* of regulatory filings, access to a corporate attorney, is loan accessible and are suddenly C.E.O's!
