Need advice on merchant account

I am tired of dealing with pp - 21 day holds for no reason make it pretty hard to run a business.

I have found a couple of merchant accounts that offer reasonable fees and the features I would need. A couple offer no start-up fee and free authorize.net set-up.

Does anyone use or have experience with using a merchant account in their business? I have some clients who want to pay me more but I'm tired of waiting 21 days for my money!

Any advice would be immensely appreciated!

    I actually run a Merchant Services business. I offer free websites to my merchants which is why I am in offline. You shouldn't have to wait more than 2 days for your money, ever.

    You can PM me for more info. I only deal with US merchants.

    Have you looked into 'Square Up'?

    Can swipe for 2.75% (no monthly fees) or manual input for 3.5%+.15 cents

    No machine to buy (they send it free, but you need a smart phone for the swiper) or monthly merchant fees to pay.
