Business Card Exchange - Blanket the Town!

Hey all,

This isn't anything earth shattering or ground-breaking, but it is a FREE way to advertise, and gets you in the habit of 'taking action'!

A buddy of mine and I were talking over the Holiday and we started a 'Business Card Exchange'. The idea is, I post his business cards (or flier) along with my own whenever I stumble across a bulletin board around town, and he in turn reciprocates.

We already recruited friends who are a painter, tile-contractor, and landscaper. So now we have five of us who all agreed to post at least 2x weekly as we run our errands.

As you can see, that's 40 (2x5x4) business cards, 3x5 cards, or fliers on bulletin boards every month.

Best of all, it doesn't require us doing anything 'extra'. Just looking for bulletin boards at our coffee shops, Targets, community centers, gym's, etc... as we are there anyways.

Nah, I don't think it'll get any one of us many leads, but what would one 'free' lead a month do for you and your business?

Not bad for zero investment or additional time?

Most of all, it's 'taking action'!
