    Just ask them 1 question.
The question is "How much are you willing to spend to dominate your local market?"
If they say $500/month then that's the perfect time to laid your card including the proverbial kitchen sink.
    SEO
    GPlaces
    PPC
    Mobilemarketing
    etc.

    Good luck,

I might also use words like "hair salon", "hairdresser", and any services they offer. So for example, "[City] massage" or "[City] facials". You can find all possible combinations of keywords plus additional place keywords within a certain radius of your location with this keyword tool: http://www.5minutesite.com/local_keywords.php

I think the best keyword for you to use in any mobile marketing campaign is using the actual business name. You have to think about the mobile keyword as an additional opportunity to brand and engrave your company name with clients.

What is the main purpose of this meeting? Introduction? A commitment for an order? Relationship-building? I think this would make the meeting more healthy.

I would just show them where they are or better yet, where they aren't! Then show them what kinds of results you have gotten for your other clients

As far as going over keywords, I wouldn't go through that until they hired you. I tell them that is the research I do once they hire me.

I sometimes do a comprehensive keyword search for all relevant keywords for the particular client (make sure they are really relevant and money-keywords). Then I look at the total number of searches and talk to them about that. You show them this huge number of searches and say, the higher rankings we get you for these keywords, the bigger the piece of this pie you will get........

In local marketing, often times the search volume of one or two keywords isn't that great so you need all of the relevant terms in order to get a really large number of daily searches.

Don't SELL them anything! Teach them. When people understand what's involved and the amount of work you will need to do, it makes things easier for you in the following ways:
    1. They will set their own expectations and understand why they aren't on pg1 of Google tomorrow.
    2. They won't flip out when you tell them how much it is going to cost.
    3. You will be able to build recurring income because they will understand that it is not a one time deal.

    A few tips:
    1. If they try to negotiate price, thank them for their time and run. They will be nothing but a pain in your ass.
    2. Follow up! This will help build trust with them.
    3. Take your time to explain everything. I usually spend 3 hours with a prospect if they are serious and show them everything! This makes you the OBVIOUS expert.

    Good luck
