Looks like SpikeTV has a brand new summer show with a Bar Consultant rescuing
down and out drinking establishments ....sounds similar to what some of you
are doing with your offline clients.
At least the "trailers" are giving tips about seating and menu's etc ... watching this
could only enhance your credibility by adding some tips you might suggest
to the local bar owners.
