Will you outsource service like this?

hello everyone, hope you all can give me some advice on what I am trying to do.

Seeing my kids growing up each day, I hope to stay by their side and decided to work towards being a work from home mum. I specialize in setting up 3-in-1 wordpress site (site/blog + mobile site + FB fan page all running in a single installation of wordpress). Sites like this will cost small businesses $1500 and above.

Will there be any warriors interested in focusing on marketing and outsourcing the creation of such sites? And if so, how much do you think is a fair amount to charge for such a service?

thanks and look forward to all your inputs

This is a viable product to promote - keep in mind that it will take work to get the awareness out to your market. My guess is that the small businesses would want to meet face to face (if you are targeting local, offline businesses, that is).

Does this type of product work? Absolutely! We talked about this in a recent coaching session I had! Are people doing this? You betcha! Making money? yes, they are! However, it does take time to meet and greet and win over the prospective clients. I found those with a sales background have an easier time closing the client (or if they approach folks in their warm market).

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Be Well.

I believe the question was, would warriors be interested to dealing with the sales end of things and using Adeline's services to do the tech stuff?

If that's the question, the answer is "yes". However, WF may not necessarily be the best avenue for you. I'm not saying it won't work, however, keep in mind that many folks on here are either tech savvy, or aspire to become tech savvy, or know how to outsource to places far away and cheap, or all of the above.

You may create better margins for yourself by teaming up with a pro sales person (or sales people) on a commission-only basis. They sell, you do the work, and the client is yours to keep too for continuity support and maintenance and add-on services.

I will suggest you to go ahead and try it out. Take action. I will not agree that warriors may not be interested in your services. I am a technical person myself but I do outsource them on a regular basis. I do it to save time, meet client deadlines, use my time to develop my client base etc….Try to offer your services on as many platforms as possible and evaluate the results yourself.

I'm the living proof it works.
I do Custom Mobile Websites and even if there are hundred templates all over the forum, you must offer quality, and people will chose you over the other cheap ones. For someone it could take 20-30 min to do an mobile website, template based, but the quality it's way lower than my designs which can take up to several hours, cause i want everything to be perfect and if i will enjoy the end result of my work, they will love it. I know from experience.

Just do it, spend little money from what you earn to promote yourself and your services and you might end up meeting some great people with whom you'll create profitable partnerships.
I've met people that were the first time on the forum, they were marketing consultants looking to outsource the technical stuff, some were just beginning they journey and started the business with me plus plenty other cases.
I have partnerships with warriors that give me regular work and i must say, being able to help each other out and make their client happy will pay off and will give you more work.

Just do it! What's gonna cost you? Few bucks and the opportunity to make really great friends from which you could learn a lot more that shared/sold here?
Believe me, those who you will be working with are the REAL Deal, people facing the real world, they're not the writers of some book, wso or something similar cause they won't have the time to do it. They have a business to run, family to spend time with, and if someone earns $500/month per client do you think he/she will write an $7 book and sell it for $10k here and deal with all the people who bought it? No way, they would spend that time to get 20 clients who will pay them 10k/month all together and give little free advices here if they're really that good and want to share to get the karma back if that's a real reason. Just my opinion anyway.
Won't you do that? Won't you grow your business instead losing time?

You will learn a lot from the people you will work with, cause they will be more than happy to share great insights, tips about their business with you.I have people that shared with me their advertising materials, their scripts for cold call, emails , they even write me scripts to cold call different types of businesses i plan to hit these weeks to get business on my own.Of course i won't share anything cause that something that partners don't do.
But i will keep working with them on their projects even i will get my own clients, i really like to help people with whatever they need.We went way beyond the mobile website designs, we are friends now and he help each other when we can.I haven't Bumped/Promoted my service thread for so long because of these partnerships. That's my experience so far and i hope will help you in your journey.

Take action and get back here telling us how you succeeded.

    Good luck,
    Adrian
