"What do we do now?" (The Candidate)

I haven't seen this asked specifically, if so, I apologize.

There are a lot of WSOs and a lot of advice about how to get clients.

My question has to do with what do you do with them once you have them.

I've picked up a bunch of $3-6k setups with $1000-1350/mo clients in the last few weeks, and am now trying to figure out what to do with them.

Some of these include building or fixing client sites, most of it is lead generation.

(I have been successfully doing lead generation for a few clients and for several offline businesses I own for a long time. I use article, video, press release, online classifieds marketing to send people to well-optimized lead sites. (Plus a plethora of software/services for backlinks.) This has been a full-time, profitable business. But my system, or lack thereof, is the problem. Everything I do is disorganized and reaction-oriented (or based on how stupid I feel for paying ongoing monthly fees for services I seldom, if ever use, so I periodically try to figure one out ... SEOLinkRobot, Kaboom, Rank Builder, some Aussie service, Link Vine, etc. etc.).)

Unfortunately, there's no rhyme or reason to it. And it's a lot more work than it needs to be.

However, I took on these new clients and now ask of you the famous question Robert Redford asked at the end of the movie, The Candidate.

"What do we do now?"

My question: can anyone recommend programs/systems/WSOs that are good and deal with what to do with offline clients once you have them (specifically in lead generation)?

(Don't really need more on how to produce things like articles, videos, press releases, etc.)

I'm looking for something that systematizes the process, maybe specifically says "first do this, then this, then this ... (1. Write 4 articles. 2. Spin 4 articles. 3. Submit 4 spun articles to _______. 5. Produce 2 videos. 6. Syndicate those 2 videos to _______.")

(BTW, the only outsourcing I do is to Fiverr at this point. Have 2 employees, working part time on this stuff.)

This is more verbiage than I intended, sorry. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Or what anyone does each month for his or her clients that is working well.

Thank you

Sorry, just to be clear on what we are "trying" to do ...

Right now, for a typical client we:

    1. Fix or build them an "image" web site that is optimized well AND is designed for a specific objection (conversion). (Most of our clients need an image site for certain reasons, but we always make them direct response sites as possible.)

    2. Build them several keyword-specific mini lead sites, well optimized, with a compelling offer.

    3. Produce and syndicate a bunch of press releases, articles, videos. Get them ranking well for their keywords (nationally and locally).

    4. Do some backlinking, mostly paid services.

    5. Have a good follow-up system.

But, again, it's ALL DISORGANIZED and therefore is a lot more work than it needs to be.

    Thanks again.

Is that sufficient to your client's needs?

If so you have your answer. That list is the first step in your system. It is the outline of what you want to get accomplished. Ask yourself where you are wasting energy and effort, then what you can do to change that.

I'm not being purposefully vague. There might be someone who can tell you how to systematize your process without a lot more information than you are giving. But I couldn't do it for you without looking over your shoulder while you worked for a few days.

Well... I mean I could... but it would involve you giving me 75% of your monthly retainer and that list of things you already do. Then leaving me alone to do it.

"Objection" should have been "Objective." Ooops.

What do you use for building backlinks? I currently use SMMM-Traffic Geyser, write an article, and submit it along with a video to get backlinks. I rank really well on the first page of Google, however I am wondering what other "cheaper" backlink building services are out there.

Anyone use Fiverr? I need something that gets you good backlinks, but will have you paying less than SMMM.

      Any feedback would be appreciated.

      Thanks!
