What are the prices for mobile internet in USA/UK

Hi people,

i wanted to know what the prices are in USA and UK for mobile internet.. (and for other countries if someone has a nice website or so..) because everybody is talking about mobile internet.. but in my country its pretty expensive i think.. also not many people are using mobile internet here except for facebook.. as far as i know

If sombody could tell me monthly price so i can compare them with the prices in my country..

Here i've found two atm (FOR MY COUTNTRY)

500MB for 35USB
2GB a month for 50USD

    i pay $45 with AT&T and get 4GB data transfer + it enables me to use my phone as a wifi hotspot so can connect 3 other wifi devices too it - typically i connect my ipad and/or laptop when on the go, prefer doing it this way than logging in to some unknown wifi connection at a cafe/airport etc
