Personally Im not a fan of automation when it comes to internet marketing in general and press releases in particular.Though it may work in the short run.It hurts you more in the long term.

    Ya i know

But Limitsng the submission process can give you better results.. Tool are good but if we submitted to unlimited in one day then it would be problem for the website

So it would be better to use tool with a choice of submission website

If its limited, why not do it manually. The rate of approval varies when one compares manual to automated submission.Just a suggestion. You are free to choose.

I have been studying this issue thoroughly and have been running experiments. The problem with an automated submission tool is that all the sites have slightly different requirements, and all the submission tools I've tried are pretty generic.

For example, some sites require a markup code like WF's for you to get any kind of formatting, such as bold or italic. Formatting helps SEO, so that's not trivial. Some allow a few HTML tag types, but which tags they accept differ from site to site. A few offer live links. Most don't.

The company profile is often the only live link you can get on the free submission sites, and the profile sections differ vary particularly widely. Some sites let you have a logo, but it must be a particular, odd image size for example. PRLog lets you include YouTube links but none of the other high quality free sites do, and so on. Because anyone genuinely interested in your content will invariably jump to the profile, you want it to look as professional as it can look on that site.

In sum if you want high quality press release publication, current auto submission software is not quite up to the job.
