    No of course not.

You are just giving any trademark owner the right to take over your domain at anytime.

Not unless you want to lose the domain and the registration fee or worse still get sued for cyber squatting. This has been discussed many times on this forum. If you do a search for trademark you'll find lots of previous threads.

Thanks you guys. I thought so. However, I have seen some product on clickbank and even here with names google in them like 'google bomb' created by one of the senior members of this forums, so i got interested in that. But thank you for clarifying.

Ditto. I had a site with the domain name "Emergency Essentials HQ" that I got ranked on page 1 of Google - after much hard work, only to receive a letter from an attorney representing a company that had trademarked the name Emergency Essentials. I was given 7 days to change my name (title, title tags, H1, H2, H3, etc., etc.) or my hosting company would lock my account.

We live and learn. Good you asked the question before you did anything. I thought my name would be ok because so many others had variables of emergency essentials in their names as well. Guess what? They all got attorney letters too!
