Good WP Theme For Rent A Site Model - Suggestions?

Hi all!

First off, great sub-forum here on Warrior Forum! You guys really are a very knowledgeable bunch! I've learned a lot just by soaking up a lot of the threads on here.

I really like the whole concept of rent-a-site model and I know that many people do well on here with it...Here's my question:

I am aiming to setup a very simple attractive one page rent-a-site model on WordPress but I'm not quite sure what would be ideal in terms of a)attractive layout and b)ease of setup....Any particular WP themes that you suggest or use regularly?

    Hey Michael: I customize WP Themes and found this one to be the simplest. I've altered it so it doesn't use images and set the CSS up so you can adjust colors easily. Something like this theme works great because you can make it appeal to anyone.

      That is a nice theme....It looks like it could be easily customizable for a 1 page site setup. Great suggestion!
