I'm Starting an Offline Consulting business ..... Hooray !
Hello everybody, I have been browsing the Warriorforum for ages since I got interested in Internet marketing a long time ago but this will be my first post !
My backgroud is in IT/Software support but I've dabbled in making money online on & off for years with only moderate success.
Two months ago, I setup an IT support company with a business partner to act as an outsourced IT department for local companies & it's going ok.
We do offer some IM services & we've got some interest in these from customers that we have on the IT support side but ..... after discussing the details with my business partner, we've decided that whilst focusing on the IT side of the business, we're going to launch an offline consultancy side to the company in a couple of months so he can focus on IT & I can focus on the local IM consultancy.
...... Honestly, I'm soooo excited ! I have already picked up tons of useful stuff from the warriors & I think I'm in a good position because can plan the launch of the new company in detail before we go live ...... I want to put together a finely tuned machine that's totally fit for purpose come launch day & I was hoping I could pick your brains over the next few weeks whilst I put the whole thing together !
