Here are few tips:

1- Make sure your business location is entered correctly on the map so users can find you easily. You can drag the map marker to your exact business location.

2- List your authoritative and official business website on your Places listing

3- Add information such as opening hours and payment types to help users choose among search results.

4- Be sure that your business information like name, physical address, and phone number are correct.

5- Choose the most specific & appropriate category for your business

6- Try to get more reviews from your existing customers.

7- Add videos & photos also.

8- When you create your listing in Google Places, you may want people to find your business outside of the country you registered in. in this case, you can create multiple listings for the same business in different languages.

9- Create a post to share a short update or special offer with your customers.

Google Maps ranks business listings based on their relevance to the search terms entered, along with geographic distance and other factors.
