Best way to outsource initial Google Places set-up

Hi everybody. should have put a question mark in the title...

I am starting a new affiliation with a company that is run by an academically-oriented expert who has developed some very powerful software to help rank sites high in natural search taking advantage of Google's Semantic algos. I have convinced him that we should be including GP and other directory optimization, especially seeing as how it seems that natural ranking are becoming more important in GP/maps rankings.

Do any of you know a skilled and reasonable source for outsourcing this task. We wouldn't need maintenance as we will be having ongoing updating and back linking functions already in place.

    If your doing them in bulk, google will allow you to upload a text file to setup a bunch of companies all at once.
