Retail Stores In Tourist Area.... Got Any Idea?

I do loyalty programs for retail stores, i started in a non tourist area so they can have all the locals come back X amount of times and get a free item. Its based off a computer with touchsceen and custom software for customers to log their purchases I developed. Just sits at the cash register usually.

I live near a very large tourist area where there are tons of retail stores. I cant think of any type of loyalty program really as most tourists might only be there once or twice within their short stay.

I have the ability to display anything on the screen in the store so their customer would see it. So does anyone have any ideas?

P.S. For now im staying away from putting advertisements for one retail store about another retail store, i may tackle this later on.

    1) Make "Mobile" sites of the retail stores (and include restaurants)
    2) Make a "Mobile Site Directory" of these Mobile Sites...listing them in Alphabetical Order by "Types of Merchandise"
    3) Make ONE "QR Code" for the Directory
    4) Place QR Code (and that scanning it brings up the "Mobile Directory" and some "Discount Coupons"...on Hotel Guest's Mobile Phones)....on a Plastic Display that sets on Front Desk of local Hotels/Motels

A sort of limited loyalty program could be "Bring in this receipt for 10% off (for example) your next meal/purchase" or a card with that type of offer given when the customer pays. If the food was good or they liked your merchandise, it might get 'em back in again.
