How to find OutSourcing Companies ???

HI there all . . .
I am in process to create my own SEO company that will also provide VA's to the companies based in UK,US and Australia on really cheap prices.
But my question is how to find the companies who wants to outsource there work to VA's ?
That will be like a JV with the companies, they will find clients and we will work for them.
Hope i cleared my question.

    There are many ways to achieve that you can start marketing your company/services to potential clients who would use your services if the price and quality is right ,try to find seo companies offer them a good deal to outsource their work to you or any other company who might would use your services,you can do a post here at the warrior for hire section plus many other marketing strategies you could apply to find clients for your company

    eLance.com is another great source to use for outsourcing. You just post your job and you will get plenty of responses from people all over the world. Just remember that you can get what you pay for, so going the least expensive route isn't always the best option.

    I recommend getting a website started then start contacting various outsourcing companies. Have them give you set prices to work with, not case by case prices. Most have a chart with fairly accurate prices.

    Once you have found one, test their work on your own page. This will cost a bit of an investment, but at least you will know how well they work.

    if you have email, you should receive a dozen or more seo outsource emails every week. if that isn't happening, elance, odesk, guru, post on craigslist overseas, or many other methods work

    Just remember you get for what you pay for on Odesk.Some people charge 50 cents an hour and others 11.00 an hour.

    You can also try looking towards other call centers. Many have lengthy databases that allow you to target specific markets/prospects of your choosing.

      I've used oDesk with some success. I like that I can see their 'staff's' credentials and the various tests they have taken as well as the scores. The work history (with oDesk) is also available. They can also be interviewed.

      As with many of these companies, you need to be able to communicate with your selectee (is that a word?). I carefully read their response to my ad for grammar, spelling and structure. If they don't fare well there, they might be more problem than they're worth, even though they may be technically gifted.

      Price is not necessarily relevant if the standard of living is less, say in India, as opposed to Germany. $4.00 US$ an hour in India might be a standard of living equivalent to $20 Euro in Germany. It's all relative. Good luck.
