Need feedback with real estate client website?

I managed to get a real estate agent ranking on the first page for 3 of the keywords we had been targeting. They were not ranking at all and now are ranking between #7-#10 for their 3 keywords. I will continue my work to them to the top of the SERPs.

So this page of his site is just targeting one city that he focuses on. We have general info about real estate in that city as well as specifics about the city itself. So what's the best way now to convert these people that land on this page and have them turn into leads for the real estate agent and get calls/emails?

I see other real estate agent's site and they pretty much have similar setup, but how do we get the people to call this agent to do business with or inquire about finding a homes in that city? Just not sure how these agents get business from the web since all of them have background info, some listings, etc. Nothing really that stands out on these sites to capture a lead.

By the way the have a site through one of those companies that focus on real estate agents so I did not setup their site, but just did the onsite and offsite SEO to get it ranking now. I charging them on monthly basis for this SEO work.

Any feedback from those that have worked with RE agents and how to get them the leads now when they click on the search results and land on the page?

    see, if this website need leads so that 'll come from serp in good position or some of from classified site which you can use but i 'd like to suggest you that check again the suggested keyword by city based, see they have good search volume or competition ? then targeted those keywords which is good and you 'll surely get most of leads from search engine, i think those keywords are not good suggested or they dont have good volume for that thats not helping you to get leads.

        This right here is potential gold.

        Even if you offer to a free ebook on selling or buying a home (PLR), you'll have a response, and an introduction to a potential lead.

        Another way to really capture leads on a local level is to offer a free one hour seminar either through webinar or at the agency. Record the audio and/or video, and use it as a future online giveaway.

    - set up aweber to collect email addresses
    - get visitors to surrender their email address by offering a chance to win a free building inspection
    - place an ad in the local papers pointing to your "win a free building inspection" contest
    - the contest can be anything. Gas Inspection. Discounted paint. Doesn't matter, the process is the same
    - you could mail flyers pointing to your contest optin box on the site.

    You get the idea. Then follow up as suggested by RRG.
