how and where to find good sales person?

am looking for someone for sales job, actualy its telemarketing but its about sales not Make appointments.
i know i can use odesk etc still i need to give a chance for a week or so and its can be a problem.
any idea what can i do?

    Craigslist, Ebay classifieds, friends and family. Not exactly sure what you are selling, I can assume based on the forum, but you should be able to offer up at least a lucrative commission only job and get several people to try and then weed out the failures.
