Do auto dialers work?

I'm curious if anyone has success with auto dialers.

I know certain people use them and had some success.

Thanks,

No TG, they just sell thousands of dialer stations every day for no good reason... Lol. JK

If you are doing any kind of extended cold calling they are good to have, and they arent as complicated as you may think... Once they are set up you just log in and they fire calls at you all day like a baseball pitching machine... but if I am just doing an afternoon of calling, I would just as soon use a phone book.

Yeah, they work... and many people swear by them... I swear by them too, but I am just a person who doesnt mind manually dialing either...

Predictive dialers become more necessary when you manage others because you can watch their stats live, record them, check out their conversion ratios at any point in the day and help them tweak their pitch... Plus, the dialer doesnt lie about the time or amount of effort they are putting in.

Again, if its just me... Ill manual dial personally, but using a dialer has advantages. I wont manual dial for residential calling though because alot of people dont answer their home phone, and a predictive dialer will by pass the answering machines for you and just stack up the live prospects, that way you arent going 5 minutes in between catching residents who will actuallly pick up their phone...(in which case you arent actually contacting many people) but for B2B it isnt as necessary, more of a luxury, because most all (smart) business owners answer their phone.

I set just as many appointments manual dialing as I do predictive dialing with b2b.

      Haha great to hear!

What about Voice Broadcasting systems that send out thousands of pre recorded messages?

I know their conversion is lower since it's an automated message, but I'm sure they still are successful.

Yes, they work great for extracting leads. I put $5 in call time and got 11 leads. I have the software to sell

I have a call center background. Those dialers work great. I've dialed both ways And it's a lot harder to stay in the zone dialing by hand.
