Newbie in Search of offline advice

MY BACKGROUND

I own a Sprint store and ever since the recession, sells are minimum in the store, most month I'm in the negative, retail cell phone sales are not that hot anymore. Since times are tough for the retail phone business, I've been interested in internet marketing and want to learn to promote my business in a different way.

NEED ADVICE ABOUT

I recently got trained on B2B Sprint business phones, and want to promote it offline. I think business phones has a lot of business solutions for businesses today. But what is a good way to get in the door effectively. Where would I go to get a good email script, I'm no good at writing them. I want to use Sms text messaging, seo, mobile website, ect as a upsell. I've been cold calling lately going door to door.

            I think you should focus on Facebook.

            Pick a product from your portfolio that raises passion. I mean cellphones have a cult on their own.

            DO NO CREATE FAN PAGE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

            Create a community that is active and passionate about their cellphones (their business tools). Build up that community with some budget and when you reach a decent amount of fans (2k+) start your funneling process..
