Best Service for Outsourcing Offline Marketing ?

Can someone offer a good service or outsourcing that can provide good quality Offline Marketing?

I really hate to do this work and have been searching for years now for anything and anyone who could take over this part of my business to no avail.

I get that this is tough work and I would gladly pay for this work, but after countless buy and try methods and hire and fire outsourcing, I cannot seem to find a good resolution to this piece of IM.

Any suggestions?

In my experience, it's been putting together a team vs. a single service. There are so many elements involved and very few companies or individuals will offer them all.

I think you first need to define the specific services you need to offer to clients and then search for the talent to fulfill them. Some people and companies will offer multiple services and others will excel at individual services.

What services do you offer to clients? Build sites/blogs, Facebook, social media, Google places, SEO, SMS, video, etc.?

Thanks Paul. I am all set on building sites and have a team right now that can assist on site builds and blogs. This is what we do best (build sites that is).

But we are looking to outsource the rest of the game so to speak and handle all my offsite marketing needs.

  • One thing I have always have been careful of is to outsource INDIVIDUAL tasks.

Think of the great Henry Ford and his assembly line that revolutionized the industry.

This way, your process runs smooth, every single outsourcer specializes in ONE thing and the whole magic recipe is only known by you.

I provide three basic services, and each of them has a process to go through in the time table. Each one of my outsources just plug in at the right moment and get the job done.

    My best,

I am looking for a service that can take over
      Creating reputable Backlinks
      Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter)
anything else that might assist in offpage-marketing

Ideally I'd like a service that I simply hand over my sites and they take care of the rest for a monthly fee

why dont you just get a Virtual Assistant with those skills?

Go to odesk or freelancer and place a Virtual Assistant job, part time, and you should be good to go.

        A

I have also used VA's for some of the services you talked about. I have also hired $$$ marking firms in the past (and fired them fast).

I have burned thru 3 VA's this year alone, so cannot say I have had much luck here.

Last year I hired several oDesk contractors to just do backlinks and I really saw nothing back for their efforts. I guess my intent of this thread was for people to share somethings that have been working for them, and I do appreciate the feedback.

    Thanks for the responses

Thanks Jrod .. I just took a look last night and liked what I saw.
That's what I am looking for as far as a one-stop shop for handling these tasks.
Just wish there were more out there to choose from.

Try Odesk, you can employ different people for different jobs and you can monitor them on Odesk's work diary and such. You can managed all your staff easily at one place

What level of clients are you dealing with? In other words, what would they pay monthly for the "marketing package?"

Second part is, most times the market testing dictates the sites content, design, etc. Are you willing to change those if the "marketer" told you it was necessary?

I have no agenda but to help those in the same situation. This I feel will pay the bills.

I also had that problem about a year ago. I've had and been having success with odesk.
I went through the same the dilemma. I went through a couple of VAs with no luck.

Until I came across John Reese's "Outsource Force" program. I really like the guy and always puts put home runs I think.

Anyway, the scripts he provides along with his explanations is what made the difference in my business and in finding the right workers.

    Good luck

If you want stuff done dirt cheap I guess some of this outsourcing works

I do feel that having a local person handling social media makes a huge difference

I am not sure I could personally handle social media for some small towns or parts of the country where I have never been - so how can someone from the Philippines or India post truly relevant local posts that engage people in a local area?

Local Oxygen comes highly recommended and they offer great services.

And then, there's the route of building your own database. I know a firm that did this with film crews and had a place where film-crews across the country could log in and apply for jobs if they were in the area. If you have the right methods and systems in place to vet and hire top performers, this angle is really good and well worth picking up a script like this, branding it in your company identity, and building up your own database of freelancers who are trained up and can take on jobs on a first come first serve basis:

PHP Scripts - Freelancer Office | CodeCanyon

Only just discovered scripts like that, and at 30 dollars to build your own backend freelancer portal, you can really ramp up your efficiency and productivity and ability to handle jobs.

Very, very hard to avoid piss-takers on 3rd party freelance platforms. I'll be shifting to getting a professional recruitment and training system in place and creating a portal of my own with which to manage projects.

Thanks for the tip on John Reese. Will check him out.

I suggest getting a virtual assistant or an employee. Virtual assistants is cheap but there are some disadvantages though and also getting your own employee.
