Today, the most significant part of the SEO is the use of the social networks and the social bookmarks. People are not relying on the old methods at all. They are going for some innovative options. For that the uses of these two have increased quite a lot. Since many people suggested that social bookmarking is really beneficial from an SEO point of view, I have been doing this. Do you feel that MySpace and Facebook aren't considered as social bookmarking? Between social networking and social bookmarking, is there a significant difference? Is there something I could do to drive traffic to my website?

    On the other hand you can do a lot in order to drive traffic to your website: it all depends of what are you pursuing:
    -quick earnings ( in this case try adsense monetization methods) or
    -a long term business (in this case go and create a Facebook profile and a FB fan page related to your business;
    At this moment start adding friends on your FB profile (by hand not bots!!) then, after a while, you'll be able to recommend your fan page to your previously added friends... converting them in FANS...your FANS...

    So, in this way you're creating a long term business for you and your company.

    Social networking is to communicate with the others members,through which you can share the ideas,details of your business and which will boost your website traffic.And social bookmarking allows to book mark a webpages.So from my point of view both have different aspect,social network is very important now a days but you can't ignore bookmarking.

    There is not big difference between ,let me clear the terms get intermixed, which gets confusing.Social networking Sites offer more of an interaction between its members.eg: face book, twitter,all allow you to find friends, family, business connections and connect with them socially using messages, video or pictuires. On the other hand social book marking sites are for organizing, storing and managing all your favourable links and websites.
