Nice. I see that social media examiner is running an event called "facebook success summit." Their sales copy is amazing for this and I can see it converting very well for business owners. I might model this at a later date but at a much higher cost and do it in person for local biz owners. It wouldn't be hard to write 2 hours of material to teach to people who know nothing about using social media and I think that if it was at a local conference hall or whatever I could easily charge $997 a person or $1497 for two people (saving each person 250, giving them incentive to grab a friend and get referrals!).

Another idea would be to integrate mobile marketing by installing an opt-in tab on your FB page, and incorporate that in your strategy of attracting loyal customers. Our program enables two-way SMS, which provides an instant feedback system to customers willing to share their ideas and insights with the business. Mobile polling, questionnaires, etc offer other ways of interacting.

It pays to integrate multiple platforms when using Facebook, because for those people without smartphones, Facebook is neither instant, nor direct. Thusly, a more engaging approach is needed. Anchor your Facebook page to mobile messaging-- get more customers, retain their loyalty with special offers every now and then, engage.
