Inbound Call Centers

Hi all!
Does anybody out there know of a great inbound call center? I would like to outsource initial answering of the phones to free up my time for other stuff. The call will have some basic info gathering questions and then I would call the client back personally.

Any ideas?

    there are huge directories on inbound call centers in third world countries. they accept outsourcing for the companies of developed countries with very cheap rates. especially Indian call centers provide a great deal of services for that.

    That's the problem - too many choices! I've been through many directories and more websites than I can remember. I am hoping for a referral from someone that is using one right now and can comment on the quality. I'd prefer a US based one if possible.
