Best calendar/events wordpress plugin?

I'm doing a wordpress site for a church and they need to have a calendar of events page.

There seems to be a LOAD of plugins for this, I just need to know which is the most stable and will show a good looking calendar on one of the pages then when the user clicks on an event they go to a page about that event.

    Hello,
    I am looking for a calendar to place on my restaurant's site. This way he can upload his events to show his customers.

    Anyone know of a good wordpress plugin??

    I was just wondering if there ever was an answer for this?

    I'm new to using wordpress and definitely need to add a calender to at least one of the sites I'm currently focusing on.
