U.S Bank Account for non-US residents!?!?

Dear Warriors,
I live in Europe and I would like to open a U.S bank account, but unfortunately it seems I need to go to USA and do it in person. I would appreciate if you have any ideas, or you have done it without going to the USA. I'm particularly interested in a bank account with a routing number, not just a brach of off my national bank etc.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

In Delaware and Nevada you can do this.

You can INC or LLC a company, and use an LLC company to hold an address for your company.

It's not all that hard to do.
