need wordpress theme for local business rental site

Was hoping someone could help me out...i have ranked site for water treatment in orlando, fl.

I am going to attempt to rent this site to a water treatment company in orlando. The problem is I purchased a lead capturing theme but it needs a facelift.

Could someone give me an idea of a better theme or quote me a price to fix this one to make it look more like a water treatment site instead of a generic local services site?
