OFFLINE MARKETING

Does anyone outsource their sales team. I have no problem getting leads, but I would prefer to ousource the sales aspect of it.
If you do outsource, where do you go to find good service?

I was considering this myself but whats a fair deal? Would you give them a percentage of the sale after expenses?What percent is enough to keep them enticed? How would you train a sales men for product knowledge? Is it worth the hassle?

Here's how I do it: I charge an hourly rate for prospecting.

Once I have an appointment set, I either hand the opportunity over to my client, or work with a product knowledge expert (at least for the first while) to continue the process.

Product knowledge is nowhere near as important as good questioning ability.

I can't answer whether it would be worth it to you or not. My clients find that it is, because they:

* don't like prospecting

* don't have a consistent sales process

* lack the expertise of consultative selling and want me to lead them through the process.

I pay my sales team on a commission only (High Commission) to keep them interested and add a small residual on the back end.
