wordpress theme for renting sites?

Hey everyone, quick question. I have a wp site that I have ranked on the first page on google for a few local keywords relating to water treatment in my city. I got on the phone today and cold called 8 businesses and had 3 interested biz owners. My problem is that at this point the site just doesn't look very nice, so iI think the biz owners are getting a bad impression and don't understand that I can put up a nice theme asap..

Does anyone here who rents sites to local business owners have a favorite theme? Once i rent the site i need to be able to plug in the client logo etc.

    I have a product called the Ultimate WSO in my Signature...It detailed everything about this model of business... I use and continue to use the Thesis Theme. If your looking to pick up good bankroll would suggest grabbing that WSO.

    I get a custom header made - just a generic one so it looks good, doesnt have to be flash, just enough to spark the business owners imagination of what it will look like when their logo/brand is on it
