How to run a video contest?

Bringing a new healthcare product to market for a client. It's one dimensional, they're only product. Was thinking about running a video testimonial contest.

Primary market is seniors and our initial angle is medical, though product will appeal to wide age group and natural health too.

Goals of doing this include publicity, engagement, low cost consumer-generated market research and content for social media and advertising, branding and sales.

Just on the fence if this is a good match for this segment. Would appreciate your ideas and suggestions. Thanks.

    I've never used or bought it so I can't say much about it, but there is a site called contest burner.
    Apparently an 11 year old kid can do it. Might be helpful.

    There are some coupon plugins in the wso, you might be able to run something like
    “post your best video here to get*******”

    You could probably do that without any plugins but some of them handle ti really well.
    Contest burner had some really good feedback.
