Best Place to get Sales Representatives(Sales Man)

Hey warriors where do you think is the best place to get sales representatives sales man and women too sell my services? I would be paying them on commission so the more the better

    If you want local sales people I would use craigslist and linkedin

    Just remember that unless you pay very nice commission you will get what you pay for. But if you can find a guy who wants to earn some commissions while his main job is slow(say an RV salesman in the winter) you might get a good guy to help you.

    I've had great luck with Craigslist. I have 2 full time reps right now working for me. They're getting me appointments too!

    I'm paying commission with an appointment referral. What I do is give them 100% of the front end sale (I'm selling a YouTube business channel with one custom video for $100 (again, the sales rep keeps the full 100 bucks) as this encourages them to follow up consistently whether in person, over the phone or via e-mail to close that sale.

    I then offer the sales rep 20% of anything recurring AS LONG AS THEY STAY ON WITH ME. This is how you hook a good sales rep! They won't want to leave you once the recurring commission starts to add up. They also really like it that they can potentially make $100 on EVERY SALE on any given day! My one guy closed 6 deals in one day!

    The trick is to write the Craigslist ad pushing the $100 on every deal they close. With this lousy economy and high unemployment any decent sales rep will jump on it for quick money.

    Now, I don't make any money unless the sales rep can upsell them (or me later when I call and say "thank you" personally from the President of the company) but this, by far, is the CHEAPEST CUSTOMER ACQUISITION YOU'LL EVER FIND. I basically get FREE sales leads because I reward the sales rep with the front end cash.

    I'm telling everyone here. This is such an easy sell for offline business's with the YouTube video channel. This is easy to explain, the business gets it (they relate it to TV advertising) and it's a cheap door opener.

    Go find those sales reps on Craigslist! You'll need to screen them really good but it will be worth it.
