Salespeople and Payment Processing - looking for advice

Hello Warriors,

I am wondering how I can make things run more efficiently in my operation. I currently have one person working for me as a salesperson. Business is doing so well that I need to hire at least 2 more people.

Our product has an initial cost and then a monthly fee. The salesperson gets a commission of the sale.

Does anybody have any recommendations on how I can easily manage the payment processing of clients once I get more sales people. Can you suggest a mobile app or website that I can use to for my people on the road?

Thanks for your input on this.

Have you seen the Square app for Android and iPhone? I use it, you take credit cards, and you swipe it through the reader. Better yet, its free! Check it out on Google.

I have mobile money payment system for iPhone, iPad, Android, and Blackberry.

Simple download app and pocket plug-in swipe converts phone to mobile money machine.

Works great for one or entire sales teams. Integrate your entire sales force on a single payment pipeline.

Add users as you grow. Deposits directly into your bank account.

Full, flexible merchant account for VISA/MC/Debit. All this for less than $25 a month or choose no fee plan.

Includes mobile shopping cart and product display for closing sales. Your reps offer, upsell, swipe and it's done.

I second the recommendation for GoPayment by Intuit. I was deciding between Square and GoPayment and finally decided on GoPayment because hey have a monthly recurring option (Not sure if Square has an option now, but at the beginning of 2011 they didn't) and GoPayment also synchs up with QuickBooks which makes it a breeze.

If you have more than 1 person selling for you GoPayment also makes it really easy to track sales. Each salesperson will need a smartphone, but all their sales are easily tracked.

I've recommend it before, but I'll do it again-- GoPayment is a great product and easy to use!
