How to Grow Your Business

.....chuckle, I kinda find that amusing as the whole offline thingy is about how to get customers for offline businesses......
read the bit in italics again.... if you thought it was all about how to sell services to offline businesses then well..., good luck...

I have had an offline business for over 20 years... making signs for small - medium businesses and almost every day I will have a discussion with a business owner about how to get customers -

Here is a little snippet which is the best guide to grow a business I have ever come across in 3 simple points
1 Get more people to see your offer .
2. Convert more of your prospects into customers
3.Sell more items to the customers you have

Sounds pretty basic right!
Do you have a website well seo'd for web design/your suburb town
Do you have businesses cards with a clear call to action on the back that you give to everyone you meet?
Do you collect cards and add the the email to a monthy email list with info on using the web to promote bussines?
Do you you follow up those "maybe later prospects" with a quick call?
Do you collect testomonials from customers that are happy with your service/s - and weave em into converstions with new prospects
When a customers site is finished do you then say - what about a mobile version/ google places could do with a little facelift/interested in an adwords campaign/ oh, know any one else who needs a site?
Believe me, the easiest time to get an order is when you have just delivered one
