Finding low-star ratings for businesses...An easy way?

For those of you who offer reputation management (which from what I can gather--which isn't much since I haven't studied it extensively--is a lot about SEO as well), if you want to find new clients to farm out direct mail pieces, call or even email, how do you search for low ratings?

In other words, do you just type in your city and then the keyword in Google? Is there an easier way?

I'm wondering about getting results to show with businesses listed that have 1-2 star ratings (or even 3) on the search engines. Any such directory?

I've played with adding this to the 3-step review that I do of sites for potential clients and I'd like to show them their site amongst others with better reviews.

    Use the search string..

    site:yelp.com "2 star review" "City"

Just use all the review sites and you should find plenty.
