How would I find?...

In the course of selling some offline services (via PHONE to all areas of US), I run into biz's who need website creation or redos. I don't do those services.

Any recommendations on how to farm that stuff out + make some $$ on farming it out to someone else. I want to find someone RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, + who does excellent work + keeps thing on time + on budget + who is easy to work with -- and where there's still room for me to make some bux on the deal. I know, lots of requirements!

Any way -- where can I find someone like that?

Please advise.

    There have been some WSOs that tell you where to find trustworthy folk; I think one was called Fiverr Allstars or something like that.

    Also, you can peruse the Services forum of the WF.
