  Yea I searched around a bit but didnt find anything free. I found several that can scrape phone #s and even provide you with their google places page URL. I think its because most all of the business data listed on directories, dont supply the email, only the website URL. So the bot cant scrape that info without actually going to each website and scraping it there.
