Need suggestion on offline business domain name

OFFLINE MARKETING

Hi,

I Need suggestion on which domain should I go for.

1. DrJonesDentist.com (1 year old but crappy site, no seo optimization, not shown on local dentist at google)

or

2. JonesNewYorkDentist.com (brand new domain with geo-targeted name)

The site need to be listed top at google local search.

I would go with number one. Even though the second had the geo targeted name the age on the first will go much farther and faster with proper optimization.

My method is usually always "tear it down and install wordpress."

I would also pick number one, if only because you probably don't want to get into some weird Google Places Nexus where it lists two sites for the same place. Ultimate nightmare there.
