Finding Specific Offline Clients that Need Webpages

OFFLINE MARKETING

I am just wondering how some of you go about finding companies or businesses that require updated webpages.

I thought about offering a service to some of these people. I started to g Google "Plumbers (city)" and going through the sites to see who needed a modern site.

Obviously, this is inefficient. Does anyone have any tips or tools that they know of that could help me weed out sites that need updating?

If so no there is no tool for that you have to manually check.

But there is many other factors that would need updating you just have to know exactly what is it so people here can help you better.

Play with these queries in Google:

Code:

colorado dentist "Copyright © 2008"

Code:

colorado plumber "Copyright 2008"

You will find plenty of these to work on.

You will probably have more luck with your local area so change Colorado with anything you want and also change 2008 with whatever year you want

This is actually one of the better tips I have seen. Nice post. Something I have recently been doing, well, within a niche.... is searching for "designed by company name" who happened to have over 1,000 sites designed years ago using some crappy cold fusion type templates for their clients.
